It is processed from high-purity electrically fused white fused alumina through crushing, chemical treatment, water washing and overflow, sedimentation, and drying. The crystal phase alpha conversion rate of high-purity low-sodium white fused alumina is over 97%, with higher specific gravity than medium-sodium white fused alumina, high bulk density, low porosity, high refractory stability, strong high-temperature hardness, low thermal shrinkage and expansion, and excellent thermal stability. It can be used not only in traditional grinding tools, abrasives, and wear-resistant applications but also in advanced alumina ceramics, high-temperature coatings, precision casting, and other industries.
